🧾 Refund & Return Policy

At ForgeMyPC, all computer components are thoroughly inspected and tested before shipment.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Due to the nature of electronic components, we do not accept returns or warranty claims for items that:
- Have been installed, powered on, or show physical damage such as bent pins, scratches, or missing accessories.
- Have been used for cryptocurrency mining, overclocking, or stress testing.
- Have been disassembled, modified, or tampered with in any way.

If the product has a manufacturer defect, a replacement or refund may be issued after inspection.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days at dapanmg@forgemypc.com with your order number, product photos, and a brief description of the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund or replacement status.
