Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We ship globally from our Hong Kong warehouse using trusted couriers such as DHL, UPS, and SF Express.

Estimated delivery time:
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delays may occur due to customs clearance or local carrier conditions.
Buyers are responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees, if applicable.
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.

If a shipment is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed delivery, reshipping fees will apply.
